Contribution Rates Effective July 1, 2027 to June 30, 2028

At its August 19, 2026 meeting, the Retirement Board reviewed the actuary’s valuation report for the year ending December 31, 2025, and accepted the recommended employer and member contribution rates, which will become effective on July 1, 2027. 

The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors is anticipated to adopt the recommended rates at an upcoming board meeting. The contribution rate packet below has member and employer contribution rates for the period July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028.
