Paystub Update
Important changes to your monthly paystubs

Pod

Starting December 1, 2025, changes were made to monthly paystubs. Specifically, the payment description details located in the top left corner of your advice notice under the ‘Gross Pay’ header have been updated.

What’s changing?

Your monthly benefit is now reported as the amounts that are pre- and post-tax dollars rather than by Tier. This change provides a clearer breakdown of your benefits contributions. 

An example is shown below:

Pre December 2025: Post December 2025:
DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION
Pension – Tier 2 Pre-Tax COLA
Tier 2 Cost of Living Post-Tax Benefit
Pension – Tier 3 Pre-Tax Benefit
