The Retirement Board May Discuss and Take Action on the Following:

  1. Pledge of Allegiance.
  2. Accept comments from the public.
  3. Approve minutes from the April 19 and May 2, 2012 meetings.

  4. Review of total portfolio performance including:
    1. Consideration of any managers already under review or to be placed under review.
    2. Consideration of any changes in allocations to managers
  5. Consider and take possible action on staff recommendation for property management and leasing services for The Willows Office Park.

  1. The Board will go into closed session under Gov. Code Section 54956.9(a) Board of Retirement v. County of Contra Costa, et al.
  2. The Board will continue in closed session under Gov. Code Section 54956.9© to consider whether to initiate litigation.
