We are excited to introduce our Member Self-Service (MSS) Portal– a secure, convenient online platform designed to make accessing your retirement information easier than ever!

Through the MSS Portal, you can:

  • View your benefit information
  • Access important forms and documents
  • Send us secure messages
  • Find the information you need, anytime and from anywhere!

We will be sending registration emails to members. To ensure that you receive the registration email, please update your email address. If you are currently working and submitting contributions to CCCERA, please update your email address with your employer. If you are receiving a monthly benefit from CCCERA, please submit the CCCERA Member Mailing Address Change Form. 

We hope you’ll find it to be a valuable resource, and as always, our staff is available to assist you if you have any questions.
