- Authorize Vice-Chair MacDonald to attend the Verus due diligence meeting in Seattle, WA, March 28, 2025.

- Certifications of membership.

- Investment liquidity report.
- Accept the following routine items:
- Disability applications and authorize subpoenas as required.
- Investment asset allocation report.
